Look up any clan's current CWL performance and rank members with adjustable weighted scoring, to help decide bonus/medal slots.
Adjust how much each metric counts toward a member's bonus score. Weights are normalized automatically, so they don't need to add to exactly 100%.
"Stars Surrendered" and "Attack Order" count against a member (fewer stars given up, attacking earlier in your turn both score higher). The official Clash of Clans API doesn't expose per-attack timestamps, so Attack Order (a member's turn number in the war) is used as the closest available stand-in for time-of-battle.
